Exploris offers a variety of education programme options. Specific requirements should be discussed with the Education Officer at the time of making the booking.

Option 1: Teacher Guided

Entrance to the Aquarium & Seal Sanctuary for your group.                     (Duration: 1.5 – 2 hours including lunch break)

Cost per student £2.40

Option 2: Guided Tour

Entrance to the Aquarium and Discovery Pool session and a guided tour including Seal Sanctuary.

(Duration: 2-3 hours including lunch break)

Cost per student £3.00

Option 3: Guided Tour with Shore Walk

Entrance to the Aquarium, a Discovery Pool session, a guided tour of the aquarium including Seal Sanctuary and a visit to a local rocky shore to study living things in their natural habitat.

(Duration: over 3 hours including a lunch break)

Cost per student £4.00

Option 4: Winter Roadshow

School groups can bring Exploris Mobile Rockpool to their school between October and March each year. The education Offier will provide themed talks for a whole school, class or year group.

• Organisation of your booking will take place immediately after receipt of your request form.
• No discount is given to adults above the specified ratio of 1:8 students.
